Dexter Sol Ansell

About

Dexter Sol Ansell is a fresh curd, still light and new, but already showing the surprising depth that comes from a solid start on the board. He began young in Emmerdale, then took on the challenging role of David Saunders in The Midwich Cuckoos, playing a strange stillness at the heart of the series. Christmas on Mistletoe Farm showed a lighter touch, and in The Hunger Games: The Ballad of Songbirds & Snakes, he played Young Coriolanus Snow with an impressive, quiet intensity. His upcoming role as Egg in A Knight of the Seven Kingdoms suggests he is ready to take on even bigger stories. Ansell is a young cheese, yes, but there is nothing mild about the flavour he brings to the screen.
